Paddington Bear is the famous character featured in more than twenty books written by Michael Bond. The very first Paddington bear soft toy was designed in the UK by Shirley Clarkson of Gabrielle Designs. She made it as a present for her children, Joanna and Jeremy Clarkson (of Top Gear fame).
This gorgeous cuddly Paddington Bear is crafted from honey coloured plush and wears his trademark duffle coat made from soft fleece fabric, his red hat and has a label stating "Please Look After This Bear Thank You" around his neck.
